Fionapineapple | This person has Chiron in Leo opposite Ceres in Aquarius. Saturn is conjunct Ceres but i figured it may be too wide. What would this opposition mean especially in these signs? |
hodad | I have these 2 conjunct.Chiron in Pisces conjunct Ceres in Aqua in the 6th.Isn't Ceres all about nourishment---maybe that would make for a good cook----or someone focused on healing and nutrition-- |
Fionapineapple | Thanks for the response. Maybe, I do see this person becoming a part of a cause someday, maybe it could involve that |
Delilah423 | I have Chiron and Ceres widely conjunct in Sagittarius in the 1st House. People tell me I'm a good listener and empathic (nurturing); a good grief counselor, teacher and caretaker. I worked for many years with people with disabilities and their families. Can't take good care of myself worth a darn though (which is typical of Chiron). The primary keywords that fit for me for Chiron are "Wounded Healer" and for Ceres "Nurturer." |
Gabby | The opposition would give a push/pull feel though, so nuturung would go to far and bring pain. They probably have a very hard time trying to set boundaries with the ppl they nurture, they give to much and set up unrealistic expectations of themselves and what they can give. The ppl they nurture end up walking all over them and using them instead of appreciating the help. This leaves the Chiron person hurt but they can't understand why or how it happened. |
Fionapineapple | That could be one, but then i was thinking how oppositions to Chiron seem to bring a "reaction". So i figure Chiron in Leo wud be low self-esteem or some problem with the ego and to compensate they might nurture with their Ceres in Aquarius, which is actually a nice placement so idk how bad that would get. Maybe it really wud be promising too much, and/or getting drained? |
